• The company has to process the mine exploration on the defined surfaces
• Submit monthly report about the total amount of dredged sand and pay royalties for the raw material of the dredged sand at the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy 07 days before loading the dredged sand out to construction site.
• Pay for other taxes in accordance with the law in force.
• Before expiry within 30 days, the company has to apply for the renewal of the exploration license.

• Guarantee to abide by the mineral exploitation standard and to protect the environment according to the law.

• In case founding other mineral resources beside of gemstone, the company shall inform to Ministry as soon as possible. If the company violated this term, the license will be revoked with no condition.
