Party's obligation in the implementation of the project	According to Article 102 of EIA Procedures (2015), the company shall bear full legal and financial responsibility for all adverse impacts and all actions and omissions of itself and its contractors, subcontractors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and consultants employed, hired or authorized by the company acting for on behalf of the company, in carrying out work on the project.
