This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Neo Meridian Industries Garments (Cambodia) Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Neo Meridian Industries Garments (Cambodia) Co., Ltd (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer reduce the heat in the buildings; 2) the employer stop union discrimination and allow union representatives to enter the factory; 3) the employer maintain the same wages and other benefits; and 4) the employer offer bonuses to workers as before. The outcome of the arbitral award was that both parties agreed to withdraw issues 1, 2, and 3. The Council rejected considering issue 4. This was a non-binding award.
