This Law on the management of commercial gaming aims to ensure the management of commercial gaming centers and commercial gaming to contribute to economic growth, promote tourism, create jobs, collect income, maintain safety and social security by defining the authorities, rules and procedures for managing commercial gaming centers and commercial gaming, the rights and obligations of natural persons and legal entities in directly operating or participating in commercial gaming, and determining the rights of owners of commercial gaming centers and commercial gaming establishments, as well as establishing standards for commercial gaming centers and commercial gaming in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
