Article 1 of the sub-decree no 217, issued on 13 December 2020, on the establishment of Preah Sihanouk Ream national park community with an area of 667.96 hectares, located in the geography of Ream commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province, was adjusted by defining Preah Sihanouk Ream national park community occupying an area of 556.57 hectares for granting ownership to the local people who actually occupy the land. This defined land of 556,57 hectares comprises 345.32 hectares in the project investment area of Evergreen Success and Asia Resort Development Co., Ltd, and 211.15 hectares including 17.65 hectares of infrastructures located in the project investment area of Yeejia Tourism Development Company LTD.
