From the World Bank's data site, select the Urban population (% of total) indicator. Slide the year selectors from 1964 to 2014. Scrolling down to the results table, copy the data for each Lower Mekong country (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam) to an Excel spreadsheet file and save.
