Announcement on suspend and review the forest land use certificates approval to individuals, entities or organizations in the area of conservation forest, protection forest, and production forest

This notice is issued to strengthen the forest land governance and ensure the effectiveness of law implementation of relevant government sectors. Previously, there are many people, entities or organizations illegally encroach the forest land or unauthorized occupy of land in the forest areas.
