Arbitral awards for the labor incident involving Cultural Village Resort Co., Ltd

This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Cultural Village Resort Co., Ltd (employer) and the ​Cambodia Culture Company Tourism Employee Unions (CCTEU) of Cultural Village Resort Co., Ltd (employee). According to the award, the demands by the employee are yet to be resolved, The union demands that the employer sincerely negotiate a collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The outcome of the arbitral award was that the employer was ordered to negotiate a CBA with the union within 6 months. This was a non-binding award.
