Circular No. 66/2010 / TT-BTC Guiding the Implementation of Business Transactions and Market Determination

Transactions in the purchase, sale, exchange, hire, lease, transfer or transfer of goods and services in the course of business (referred to as business transactions) between related parties, minus Business transactions between enterprises in Vietnam and related parties related to products subject to the State's price adjustment shall comply with the provisions of law on prices.
