Decision No.336 on License of Mineral Exploration to Oxiana (Cambodia) Limited and D & Z Investment Co. Ltd

Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy decided to grant a license of a mineral exploration to Oxiana (Cambodia) Limited and D & Z Investment Co. Ltd. The license permits the companies to conduct feasibility studies on metal mines over a land size of 270 square kilometers in O' Anlung area, Koh Nhek district in Mondulkiri province, and Sambor district in Kratie province. A precise information on points, vertical and horizontal coordinates of the exploration area is described in the decision as well. The validity of this license is for 2 years. However, the license will be revoked or the company will be fined if the latter does not comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
