This instruction primarily aims to strengthen discipline and enhance the effectiveness of using electronic devices within public educational institutions. A key directive is to prohibit the use of mobile phones or electronic devices in the classroom or during study hours when they do not serve academic activities. The Ministry urges all stakeholders to implement this to ensure these devices effectively serve teaching, learning, and research.
