"Inform local people, and all travellers to and from Rakhine State as the following advices. (a) People residing in Sittwe township are observe to ""stay Home"" from 20 August 2020. (b) Permission must be south from the Rakhine State Government, should anyone residing placed under ""Stay Home"" (c) Those travelling by road from the township placed under Stay-Home order are subject to 14 days quarantine. (d)Those travelling by air from Sittwe to Yangon commencing 20 August 2020 are subjected 14 days facility quarantine. (e) Foreign nations are adviced to avoid unnecessay to travel Rakhine State. "
