[ENGLISH] Regulation Issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency SituationsB.E. 2548 (2005) (No. 1)
In order to quickly remedy the emergency situation and prevent its escalation, by virtue of Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005), and Section 11 of the State Administration Act B.E. 2534 (1991), the Prime Minister hereby issues regulations and guidelines for government agencies under the criteria, conditions and timeframe.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has done the unofficial translation for communicating with foreigners.
