This sub-decree aims to cut the land of 254 hectares, 55 ares and 12 centi-ares from the forest cover 2002 and reclassify of 154 hectares, 81 ares as state private land to give plot of land ownership to 240 families who occupy the land to use and keep 95 hectares, 74 ares and 12 centi-ares as the state public land as well as give the ownership right on the land located in Kaing Memay village, Sangkat Preah Bat, Stung Treng city, Stung Treng province.
