Sub decree no 133 on the modification of Veal Samnab lake system with area of 4815 hectares, located in Kandal province , to state public property.

Issued by the royal government of Cambodia, this sub-decree has the aim to cede 1,111 hectares of land, recorded in sub-decree no 25, issued on 08th February 2016, on the establishment of 4,815 hectares of Veal Samnab lake system in Kandal province, to state public property located in Sarika, Barong, and Peam Oknha Ong commune, Lvea Em district, Kandal province. This ceded land was then reclassified as state private land and registered for Kandal provincial administration, which is the authority having a mandate in owning state land.
