Sub-decree no. 154 on the reclassification and granting of state property and the transfer of rights to possess and use state property

This sub-decree reclassified three parcels of land from public state property to private state property, as follows: Parcel 1: 40,000 square meters as recorded in the state inventory, with an actual measured area of 31,266 square meters, located in Tarang Bal village, Sangkat Kampong Svay, Serei Saophoan city, Banteay Meanchey province. Parcel 2: 1,281 square meters as recorded in the state inventory, with an actual measured area of 2,013 square meters, located in village 3, Sangkat Preah Ponlea, Serei Saophoan city, Banteay Meanchey province. Parcel 3: 320 square meters of U-shaped land as recorded in the state inventory, together with four building units (E0+E1) with a recorded area of 640 square meters. After actual measurement, the land area was 304 square meters, and the four building units (E0+E1) had a total area of 608 square meters. The property is located in village 3, Sangkat Preah Ponlea, Serei Saophoan city, Banteay Meanchey province.
