Sub-decree no. 216 on the management of construction and shared use of telecommunications infrastructure

This Sub-Decree sets out the principles, rules, and mechanisms for the management, construction, and shared use of telecommunications infrastructure, aiming to increase the efficiency of investment, deployment, and modernization of telecommunications networks, ensuring public safety, security, and welfare, preserving the environment, improving service quality, and promoting consumer protection in the telecommunications sector.
