Sub-Decree No. 47 on the reclassification of state public property to the state private property

This sub-decree aims to reclassify the state private property including 1722012 square meters of land located in Prey Chas village, Vihear Sour commune, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province, 6250 square meters of land in Kampong Speu Provincial Police in Tros Sala village, Svay Kravan commune, Chbar Morn city, Kampong Speu province, and 24420 square meters of land in Thlok village, Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, and 7,306 square meters of Kien Khleang Orphanage land in Phum Doeum Kor, Sangkat Chroy Changva, Khan Chroy Changva, Phnom Penh of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
