Sub-decree No. 90 on the modification of Ta Mok lake (Buoeng Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh

2,985,472 square meters of land as established in the sub-decree No.20, issued on 03 February 2016, on defining the Ta Mok lake as a public state property were​ ceded and reclassified as state private property, and were granted ownership to the Ministry of Nation Defense for constructing General Command of Cambodian Arm Forces and being used as a quarter in leading long term strategies.
