Sub-decree no. 90 on the reclassification of 1217 hectares, 98A and 89CA from the forest cover 2002 reclassifying as state private land for donation to collective ownership to Kreung indigenous communities located in Laok Village, Laok commune, O'Chum district, Rattanakiri province, and granted title to the land plot

This sub-decree aims to cut off 1,217 hectares, 98 acres, and 89 centimeters from the forest cover in 2002 and reclassify it as state-private land for collective ownership by the Kreung indigenous community. Located in Laok Village, Laok Commune, O'Chum District, Rattanakiri Province, and granting ownership rights to the Rattanakivi Provincial Land Management Committee for management and administration in accordance with the procedures in force.
