2016 Cluster Munition Remnants Report for Lao PDR

The Lao Peoples Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) made concrete progress in 2015 towards establishing a credible and reliable estimate for national contamination from cluster munition remnants (CMR). The CMR survey methodology pioneered by Norwegian Peoples Aid (NPA) combined with follow-on clearance has set a new and more positive course for land release.
