This report presents the findings, lessons, and recommendations of an independent assessment of the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) assistance to the energy sector in the Greater Mekong Subregion. The report evaluates the performance of ADB assistance during 1992–2007, with focus on developments since 1999.
