IWRM-based basin development strategy for the Lower Mekong Basin

Fourth draft of the integrated water resources management (IWRM) based Basin Development Strategy for the Lower Mekong Basin, jointly prepared by the member countries of the Mekong River Commission (Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam). The strategy provides initial directions for cooperative and sustainable development and management.
