Noi 2030 Fact Sheet

Who is Noi and why should we invest in her? This fact sheet was produced for Nois first anniversary on the International Day of the Girl Child in 2017. It introduces Noi, the animated character representing all adolescent girls in Lao PDR, explains what the Noi 2030 framework is, and calls for creation of partnerships around Noi.
