FinTech related laws and regulations compendium

The FinTech-related laws and regulations compendium is an important legal tool to promote the development and use of non-bank financial technologies, as well as to support digital transformation through contributions to regulation, dissemination, awareness-raising, and the enhancement of effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of laws and legal standards. This compilation was prepared by the General Secretariat of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA), with the FinTech Center acting as the secretariat. It brings together laws and legal standards of general application that are original legal texts related to financial technology, arranged in a logical legal framework based on substantive law, legal hierarchy, and careful consideration of the normative context. The methodology used includes research on both national and international practices, while also applying the three principles set out by His Excellency the Academician, Deputy Prime Minister: “Adoption, Adaptation, and Further Innovation.” The aim is to make this compendium a living document that can be easily updated and readily used by all relevant stakeholders.
